Where are you located?

We are located at 605 Main Street Suite B in Downtown Vancouver.

Is there a free trial class?

Yes! Fill out the free class form, sign the waiver and book a class. *Competition classes are not included in the free trial class. 

What do I need to bring to my first class?

All you need to bring is water, wear what you are comfortable moving around in and be ready to work hard and have fun!  

Do you offer private lessons?
